개인정보처리방침

제로투원플로우 (021flow)(이하 “당사”)는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 Ancient Driver 및 관련 서비스에서 개인정보가 어떻게 처리되는지 설명합니다.

- 계정 정보: 이메일, 이름 또는 닉네임, 로그인 식별자
- 인증 정보: 소셜 로그인 제공자 식별자, 토큰 관련 메타데이터
- 결제 관련 정보: 결제 상태, 구독 플랜, 결제일, 영수증/주문 식별자, Paddle customer ID 또는 transaction ID (카드번호·CVC 등 민감한 결제수단 정보는 당사가 직접 저장하지 않습니다)
- 서비스 사용 정보: 접속 로그, IP 주소, 브라우저/기기 정보, 사용량, 오류 로그
- 고객지원 정보: 문의 내용, 이메일, 첨부파일, 상담 기록
- 쿠키 및 유사 기술 정보

회원가입 및 계정 관리, 서비스 제공, 유료 플랜·구독 상태 확인, 결제·청구·환불 및 세금/회계 처리, 고객지원 및 공지, 보안·부정 사용 방지·장애 대응, 서비스 개선·통계·분석, 법령상 의무 이행을 위해 개인정보를 이용합니다.

당사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하거나 제3자에게 제공합니다.

5. 국외 이전
당사는 Paddle, 클라우드 호스팅, 분석 도구 등 해외 사업자를 이용할 수 있습니다. 국외로 이전되는 경우 이전받는 자·이전 국가·이전 항목·이전 목적·이전 일시 및 방법·보관 기간을 고지합니다. 이용자는 국외 이전 동의를 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 결제 등 일부 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. 국외 이전의 상세 내역은 위 제4조의 표를 따릅니다.
6. 보관 기간
회원 탈퇴 시 개인정보를 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 다만 전자상거래법 등 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 결제·거래·분쟁 관련 기록은 법정 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다. 백업 데이터는 정기 삭제 주기에 따라 30일 이내에 파기하며, 부정 사용 방지를 위해 필요한 최소한의 기록은 일정 기간 보관할 수 있습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의 철회 및 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 [email protected]으로 접수해 주십시오.
8. 쿠키
당사는 로그인 유지 등 서비스 제공에 필요한 필수 쿠키와 사용량 분석을 위한 분석 쿠키를 사용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으나 이 경우 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
9. 개인정보 보호 조치
접근 권한 제한, 전송 구간 암호화, 로그 관리, 백업, 보안 업데이트, 관리자 접근 통제 등 합리적인 보호 조치를 시행합니다.
10. 아동의 개인정보
본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 주된 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 결제는 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다. 거주 국가의 아동 보호 기준이 더 높은 경우 해당 기준을 따릅니다.

본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일을 갱신하고 합리적인 방법으로 고지합니다. 현재 시행일은 상단에 표시되어 있습니다.

- Service-usage data: access logs, IP address, browser/device information, usage, error logs
- Support data: inquiry content, email, attachments, support records

Account registration and management; providing the Service; verifying paid-plan and subscription status; payment, billing, refunds, and tax/accounting; customer support and notices; security, fraud prevention, and incident response; service improvement, statistics, and analytics; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. International Transfers
We may use overseas providers such as Paddle, cloud hosting, and analytics. Where data is transferred abroad, we disclose the recipient, destination country, data items, purpose, timing/method, and retention period. You may decline consent to international transfer, although this may limit some services (e.g. payments). Details of international transfers are set out in the table in Section 4.
6. Retention
We delete personal data without undue delay upon account withdrawal. Records that must be retained under law (e.g. payment/transaction/dispute records under e-commerce regulations) may be kept for the statutory period. Backups are purged on a regular cycle within 30 days, and the minimum records needed to prevent abuse may be retained for a limited time.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, and account closure by emailing [email protected]. Depending on your location (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA), you may also have rights to data portability and to object to certain processing.
8. Cookies
We may use essential cookies (e.g. to keep you signed in) and analytics cookies. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be limited.
9. Security Measures
We apply reasonable safeguards including access controls, encryption in transit, log management, backups, security updates, and administrator-access controls.
10. Children's Data
The Service is not primarily directed at children under 14. Purchases by children under 14 require the consent of a legal guardian. Where your country sets a higher age threshold, that threshold applies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy; changes are reflected by updating the Effective Date and providing reasonable notice.
