환불 및 해지 정책

웹에서 구매한 021flow 유료 플랜은 Paddle.com을 통해 결제됩니다. Paddle.com은 당사 웹 주문의 Merchant of Record로서 환불을 처리합니다.
환불 요청은 구매일로부터 14일 이내에 [email protected] 또는 Paddle Buyer Support를 통해 제출할 수 있습니다. 단, 부정 사용, 환불 남용, 약관 위반, 과도한 사용량 소진, 이미 제공이 완료된 맞춤형/일회성 디지털 산출물의 경우 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
구독은 언제든지 해지할 수 있으며, 해지 후에는 현재 결제 기간 종료일까지 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 다음 결제 주기부터는 추가 청구되지 않습니다.
현지 소비자보호법상 강행되는 환불·철회권이 있는 경우 해당 법령이 우선 적용됩니다.

결제 시 사용한 이메일과 Paddle 주문/영수증 번호(Paddle이 발송한 확인 메일에 표시)를 기재하여 [email protected]으로 요청하거나, Paddle Buyer Support를 통해 직접 신청할 수 있습니다.

- 프로모션/쿠폰: 할인·쿠폰으로 결제한 금액은 실제 결제 금액을 기준으로 환불됩니다.
- 크레딧/사용량 기반 상품: 이미 소진된 크레딧 또는 사용량은 환불 대상에서 제외될 수 있습니다.
- 계정 정지/약관 위반: 약관 위반으로 계정이 정지된 경우 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
구독 해지 방법

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid web plans for 021flow are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our web orders and handles refunds.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting [email protected] or Paddle Buyer Support. Refunds may be limited or denied in cases of fraud, refund abuse, violation of our Terms, excessive usage, or fully delivered custom/one-time digital deliverables.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide additional refund or withdrawal rights, those rights will apply.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and your Paddle order/receipt number (shown in Paddle's confirmation email), or request help directly through Paddle Buyer Support.
