구독 약관

시행일: 2026년 6월 27일

본 구독 약관은 021flow가 제공하는 정기 구독 상품(예: Wyrm Pass)에 적용되며, 이용약관 및 환불 및 해지 정책과 함께 적용됩니다. 모든 웹 결제는 Merchant of Record인 Paddle.com을 통해 처리됩니다.

1. 구독 플랜

구독은 월간 또는 연간 등 선택한 주기로 제공될 수 있습니다. 각 플랜에 포함되는 기능과 사용량/크레딧 범위는 요금제 페이지에 표시된 내용과 일치합니다. 무료 체험 제공 여부는 플랜별로 다를 수 있으며, 제공 시 결제 화면에 명시됩니다.

2. 자동 갱신

구독은 이용자가 해지하기 전까지 동일한 기간 단위로 자동 갱신되며, 갱신 시점의 가격으로 청구됩니다. 결제가 실패하는 경우 일정 기간 재시도되거나 유료 기능에 대한 접근이 제한될 수 있습니다.

3. 해지

이용자는 언제든지 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 후에는 현재 결제 기간 종료일까지 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 다음 주기부터 청구되지 않습니다(즉시 종료가 아닙니다). 해지는 계정 설정, Paddle 영수증의 관리 링크, 또는 [email protected]을 통해 가능합니다.

4. 플랜 변경

업그레이드 또는 다운그레이드가 가능한 경우, 변경 시점 또는 다음 결제 주기에 반영됩니다. 비례(일할) 계산 적용 여부는 변경 화면 또는 Paddle의 처리 방식에 따릅니다.

5. 가격 변경

구독 가격이 변경되는 경우 합리적인 기간 전에 사전 고지합니다. 가격 변경은 고지 이후의 갱신 주기부터 적용되며, 이용자는 변경 적용 전에 해지할 수 있습니다.

6. 세금

Paddle은 이용자 지역에 따라 부가가치세(VAT), 상품·서비스세(GST) 등 적용 세금을 계산·징수할 수 있으며, 표시 가격에 세금이 포함되거나 가산될 수 있습니다.

Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to recurring subscriptions offered by 021flow (e.g. the Wyrm Pass) and apply together with our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy. All web payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

1. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual cycle. The features and any usage/credit limits included in each plan match what is shown on the pricing page. Whether a free trial is offered varies by plan and is shown at checkout where applicable.

2. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel, charged at the price in effect at renewal. If a payment fails, it may be retried for a period or access to paid features may be restricted.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged for the next cycle (cancellation is not immediate termination). Cancel via your account settings, the management link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing [email protected].

4. Plan Changes

Where upgrades or downgrades are available, changes take effect at the time of change or at the next billing cycle. Whether pro-rata adjustment applies depends on the change flow or Paddle's handling.

5. Price Changes

We provide reasonable advance notice of subscription price changes. Changes apply from the renewal cycle after notice, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Taxes

Paddle may calculate and collect applicable taxes such as VAT or GST based on your location; displayed prices may include or add tax.
