이용약관

본 이용약관(이하 “약관”)은 개인사업자 제로투원플로우 (021flow)(이하 “당사”)가 운영하는 Ancient Driver 및 관련 디지털 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 회원가입, 서비스 이용 또는 결제를 진행하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

Ancient Driver는 브라우저 및 모바일에서 즐길 수 있는 드래곤 슈팅 게임입니다. 핵심 게임은 무료로 제공되며, 선택적으로 디지털 아이템(인게임 재화 “잉걸/골드”, 코스메틱 스킨, 드래곤 해금)과 정기 구독 상품 “Wyrm Pass”를 제공합니다. 유료 플랜 및 구독에서 제공되는 권한은 요금제 페이지 및 구독 약관에 명시됩니다.

3. 계정 및 보안

일부 기능은 계정 생성 후 이용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 로그인 자격증명을 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있으며, 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 부정 사용, 자동화 남용, 보안 침해 또는 본 약관 위반이 확인되는 경우 당사는 사전 또는 사후 통지로 계정 이용을 제한하거나 해지할 수 있습니다.

4. 결제 및 등록판매자(Merchant of Record)

당사의 웹 주문 절차는 온라인 리셀러인 Paddle.com을 통해 진행됩니다. Paddle.com은 당사의 모든 웹 주문에 대한 Merchant of Record이며, 결제 관련 고객지원 및 환불 처리를 담당합니다.

가격은 결제 전 화면에 표시되며, 이용자 지역에 따라 세금/부가가치세가 포함되거나 가산될 수 있습니다. 카드번호, CVC 등 민감한 결제수단 정보는 당사가 직접 저장하지 않으며 Paddle 또는 결제 처리자가 처리합니다. 앱스토어/플레이스토어를 통한 인앱결제가 제공되는 경우, 해당 결제는 각 스토어 사업자의 약관 및 결제 정책을 따르며 본 약관의 웹 결제 조항과 구분됩니다.

5. 구독 및 자동갱신

Wyrm Pass 등 구독 상품은 선택한 플랜에 따라 월간 또는 일정 주기로 청구되며, 이용자가 해지하기 전까지 동일한 주기로 자동 갱신될 수 있습니다. 구독은 계정 설정, Paddle 영수증의 관리 링크 또는 고객지원 이메일을 통해 언제든지 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 시 현재 결제 기간 종료일까지 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 다음 결제 주기부터는 청구되지 않습니다. 무료 체험이 제공되는 경우, 체험 종료 전에 해지하지 않으면 과금될 수 있습니다. 가격이 변경되는 경우 합리적인 기간 전에 사전 고지합니다. 자세한 내용은 구독 약관을 참고하십시오.

6. 환불

상세 환불 조건은 환불 및 해지 정책에 따릅니다. 핵심 원칙은 다음과 같습니다: 구매일로부터 정책에 정한 기간 내에 환불을 요청할 수 있으며, 부정 사용·환불 남용·약관 위반·이미 제공이 완료된 일회성 디지털 산출물 등의 경우 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다. 현지 소비자보호법상 강행되는 환불·철회권이 있는 경우 해당 법령이 우선 적용되며, 본 약관은 이를 제한하지 않습니다.

7. 금지행위

이용자는 다음 행위를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다: 불법적인 이용, 타인의 권리 침해, 서비스의 역설계·디컴파일·변조(법이 허용하는 범위 제외), 부정행위 또는 비인가 제3자 소프트웨어를 통한 부당한 이익 취득, 과도한 자동화 요청, 보안 취약점 악용, 스팸·피싱·사기·악성코드·불법 콘텐츠의 생성 또는 배포, 그리고 Paddle의 Acceptable Use Policy에 위반될 수 있는 사용. 위반 시 계정이 제한되거나 해지될 수 있습니다.

8. 지식재산권

서비스, 로고, UI, 코드, 문서 및 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 당사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 이용자가 서비스에 입력한 데이터에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 유지되며, 당사는 서비스 제공 목적 범위에서만 이를 처리합니다. 인게임 가상 아이템 및 재화는 이용자에게 판매가 아닌 이용 허락(라이선스)되는 디지털 콘텐츠로, 현금으로 교환되거나 서비스 외부로 양도·판매될 수 없습니다. 서비스에 AI 기반 결과물이 포함되는 경우, 결과물의 정확성에 대한 검증 책임과 제3자 권리 침해 방지 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

9. 서비스 변경 및 중단

당사는 기능, 요금제, 아이템을 추가·변경·중단할 수 있으며, 유지보수 및 장애 대응을 위해 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 합리적인 방법으로 고지합니다.

10. 면책 및 책임 제한

서비스는 관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서 “있는 그대로(as is)” 제공되며, 당사는 서비스가 중단 없이 또는 오류 없이 제공된다고 보장하지 않습니다. 서비스는 의료·법률·금융 등 전문가의 판단을 대체하지 않으며, 고위험 의사결정의 근거로 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 관련 법상 제한할 수 없는 책임(이용자의 강행 소비자권리 포함)은 제한되지 않습니다. 그 범위 내에서 서비스와 관련한 당사의 총 책임은 청구 발생 전 12개월간 이용자가 (Paddle을 통해) 당사에 지급한 금액을 한도로 합니다.

11. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 이용자 거주 국가의 강행 소비자보호 규정을 침해하지 않습니다. 관할 법원 등 세부 분쟁 해결 절차는 법률 검토를 거쳐 추후 안내될 예정입니다.

12. 약관의 변경

당사는 본 약관을 수시로 개정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 상단의 시행일 갱신 및 합리적인 방법의 추가 고지로 안내하며, 변경 시행 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ancient Driver and related digital services (the "Service"), operated by Zero to One Flow (021flow), a sole proprietorship ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, using the Service, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Ancient Driver is a browser and mobile dragon-shooter. The core game is free to play. We optionally offer digital items (in-game currency "embers/gold", cosmetic skins, dragon unlocks) and a recurring subscription, the "Wyrm Pass". Entitlements provided under paid plans and subscriptions are described on the pricing page and in the Subscription Terms.

3. Accounts and Security

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may restrict or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, automation abuse, security breaches, or violation of these Terms.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are shown before checkout and may include or add tax/VAT depending on your location. We do not directly store sensitive payment-method details such as card numbers or CVC; these are handled by Paddle or its payment processors. Where in-app purchases are offered through an app store, those purchases are governed by the relevant store's terms and are distinct from the web-payment provisions in these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions such as the Wyrm Pass are billed monthly or on the cycle you select and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time via your account settings, the management link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing support. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged for the next cycle. If a free trial is offered, you may be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. We provide reasonable advance notice of price changes. See the Subscription Terms for details.

6. Refunds

Detailed conditions are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: you may request a refund within the period stated in that policy; refunds may be limited in cases of fraud, refund abuse, violation of these Terms, or fully delivered one-time digital deliverables. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws grant additional refund or withdrawal rights, those rights apply and are not limited by these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; infringe others' rights; reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service except as permitted by law; cheat or use unauthorized third-party software for unfair advantage; make excessive automated requests; exploit security vulnerabilities; create or distribute spam, phishing, fraud, malware, or illegal content; or use the Service in any way that would violate Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, logos, UI, code, documentation, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to data you input, which we process only to provide the Service. In-game virtual items and currency are digital content licensed to you, not sold; they have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Service. Where the Service produces AI-generated output, you are responsible for verifying its accuracy and for avoiding infringement of third-party rights.

9. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or discontinue features, plans, or items, and may suspend the Service in whole or in part for maintenance or incident response. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service does not replace professional judgment (medical, legal, financial) and should not be relied upon for high-risk decisions. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including your statutory consumer rights). Subject to that, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (via Paddle) in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. The competent court and detailed dispute-resolution procedures will be confirmed following legal review.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by updating the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
